Precautionary measures regarding COVID-19

The development and spread of Coronavirus/COVID-19 means that we – along with many other organizations – are implementing a number of precautionary measures and are preparing for possible scenarios that will ensure that we remain operational throughout these special circumstances. We do this to keep each other safe and to support the actions taken by the Danish government.
In that regard, we are encouraging our clients and business partners to help follow the guidelines below to ensure that a maximal effort will be made throughout this special circumstance and to keep each other safe:
The Danish government has urged all private employees to work from home whenever possible and we will be following this advice. Furthermore, it is urged that only physical meetings, etc., are held if absolutely necessary and that other relevant measures are taken. This entails more coordination and a new working occasion. We will be doing our utmost to ensure availability throughout theses special circumstances and ensure that a maximal effort will be made throughout it. We will be reaching out to our clients and business partners via phone as fast as possible to discuss plans for the tasks ahead and to convert any physical meeting to Skype, phone, FaceTime etc.
Furthermore it has been decided that events of any kind has been canceled at least until the end of April. We will be doing our utmost to inform any participants as fast as possible.
This is a special situation, and we will be doing everything we can to contribute to public health.
