Supervision

We are an academic, theoretical and methodological strong supplier of supervision. We work systematically and supervise using an acknowledging and appreciative approach, by which control, learning and development is weighted equally.

We examine whether the target group receives an offer where the focus is on the progression, development and satisfaction of the individual. We identify in which areas and by which efforts employees and management may improve their practices, and we offer municipal authorities an outsider’s insight. Therefore, our supervision may be used as a development tool at all levels.
