Per Sloth is Chief Compliance Officer, Partner and head of BDO’s internal Risk & Compliance department that among others is responsible for BDO’s Risk Assessment, Quality Management and compliance to the Danish Act on Approved Auditors and Audit Firms, the Anti-Money Laundering Act and data protection legislation etc. Per is educated in audit, IT, and law. He has more than 30 years of experience within these areas and is a renowned speaker and lecturer on Enterprise Risk Management, audit of IT controls and issuing assurance reports hereon, and the General Data Protection Regulation.
