BDO Corporate Finance advises tbd30 AB in connection with its acquisition of Greenpibe A/S

Our Corporate Finance department has assisted the Swedish private equity firm tbd30 AB with transaction advice in connection with the acquisition of Greenpibe A/S - one of Denmark's leading companies in the field of fall stem relining.
The acquisition was made through the subsidiary Spolargruppen Sverige AB, which is Sweden's largest company in relining, stockpile lining and sewer services, with annual sales of more than SEK 650m.
